We 100% guarantee our workmanship and the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our error, we will replace it at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for mistakes made by the customer, including:

Replacements & Refunds
We’re happy to replace your order for the following reasons:

The product is defective or damaged

Poor or incorrect print quality

You received the wrong item compared to what was displayed on our site

Close-up images showing the issue

Your order number and any relevant details
Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, please allow 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to appear in your account.
Note: Any unauthorized returns or items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please email us at thrashlash.contact@gmail.com.
If approved, we will provide the return address and exchange instructions.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping
If your return or exchange is approved:

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your refund is processed, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returned items.
