Refunds for Damaged Items

Refunds for Lost Packages

If your package shows no tracking updates for more than 30 days during transit, you may request a free reshipment or a full refund. Should the package eventually arrive, you may keep it at no extra cost—no return required.

60-Day Undelivered Refund Policy

If your order is not delivered within 60 days from shipment, you can apply for a free reshipment or full refund. If no claim is made within 65 days, an automatic refund will be processed. If your package arrives after the refund, you may keep it without returning.
